Pop up baby blocks boy card

Size of card:  A2 (4.25 x 5.5)
Card stock base: Blue with a blue striped card stock layered on the left and right front of the card over the vellum.  
Stamps used:  Outside:  Baby is stamped in script with a bird on top, the letters a and y in a decorative print.  (source unknown) Inside:  My sentiments Exactly NO55 and 
Embellishments:  The front of the card has a vellum decoated with baby footprints and baby handprint stickers.

Message:  The inside of the card has a pop up that reads "It is a boy" cut from paper made to look like baby blocks.  The message on top says "Thank heavens for little boys" with "Congratulations" stamped below on blue and green polka dotted paper.
The card comes with an envelope and is protected with a plastic sleeve.
