Blue winter mitten gift bag

This small paper crafted gift bag will hold a gift card or a small item.  It is 4 1/4" square with a flap that closes the bag with velcro.  The front is a blue decorative striped card stock that extends to the back.  Below the flap is a royal blue card stock with a decorated label marked To and From.  The back has a die cut mitten with a decorative pattern cut into it.  There is a light blue grosgrain ribbon handle.  The base expands to 2 1/2".
